Do Not Sell or Share My
Personal Information

Last updated September 6, 2026

If you live in California, the law gives you the right to tell a company not to sell your personal information, and not to share it for advertising that follows you across other sites. This page is how you tell us.

Octi does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising.

We use what you give us to do the one job you came to us for: getting your medical bill down. That means passing on what is necessary to the hospital, the provider or the insurer handling your case, and to the service providers that carry part of our processing. Each of them is bound by contract to use it only for that work, and for nothing of their own.

The full picture, including everything we collect and how long we keep it, is in the Privacy Notice.

Make a request

Email us and say what you are asking for. We only need enough to find you and to be sure the request is really yours.

Email contact@octi.health

You can also ask us to tell you what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit how sensitive information is used. Same address, just say which.

What happens after you send it.

We confirm within 10 days that your request reached us, and we answer it within 45 days. If a request turns out to be complicated we may take up to another 45 days, and we will tell you before we do.

Someone can make the request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission, and we may still ask you to confirm it yourself.

Making a request costs you nothing, and it changes nothing about the service you get from us. We will not give you a worse price, a slower answer or less help because you asked.

Californians also have the right to know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit how sensitive information is used. Those requests go to the same place, and the options above cover them.
